PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- The protection of the buyer’s personal data, who is a natural person, is provided by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended.
- The buyer agrees to the processing of the following personal data: name and surname, residential address, identification number, tax identification number, billing address, email address, phone number, and possibly date of birth (hereinafter collectively referred to as “personal data”).
- The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations arising from the purchase contract and for the purpose of managing the user account. Unless the buyer chooses otherwise, they also agree to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purpose of sending information and commercial communications to the buyer. Consent to the processing of personal data in its entirety according to this article is not a condition that would itself prevent the conclusion of the purchase contract.
- The buyer acknowledges that they are obliged to provide their personal data (during registration, in their user account, when placing an order through the web interface of the store) correctly and truthfully and that they are obliged to inform the seller of any changes to their personal data without undue delay.
- The seller may authorize a third party as a processor to process the buyer’s personal data. Except for persons delivering the goods, personal data will not be provided to third parties by the seller without the buyer’s prior consent.
- Personal data will be processed for an indefinite period. Personal data will be processed electronically in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.
- The buyer confirms that the provided personal data is accurate and that they have been informed that the provision of personal data is voluntary.
- In the event that the buyer believes that the seller or processor (Article 9.5) is processing their personal data in violation of the protection of the buyer’s private and personal life or in violation of the law, particularly if the personal data is inaccurate concerning the purpose of its processing, they may:
- request an explanation from the seller or processor,
- request the seller or processor to remedy the situation.
- If the buyer requests information about the processing of their personal data, the seller is obliged to provide this information. The seller has the right to request a reasonable fee for providing the information, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.
SENDING COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS AND STORING COOKIES
The buyer agrees to receive information related to goods, services, or the seller’s business at the buyer’s electronic address and further agrees to receive commercial communications from the seller at the buyer’s electronic address.
The buyer agrees to the storage of so-called cookies on their computer. If it is possible to make a purchase on the website and fulfill the seller’s obligations under the purchase contract without storing cookies on the buyer’s computer, the buyer may revoke the consent according to the previous sentence at any time.
